Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I work on the premise that we all need to be heard. Collaboration and curiosity are the cornerstones of my practice. Working in an integrative manner, I do so with a humanistic and psychodynamic approach. I see a person as an embodied whole: mind and body. I am interested in learning about you and what approach works best for you.
Life can sometimes be hard to navigate on our own. This is where counselling can offer us the support and motivation that we may be seeking. I have helped clients with relationship issues & coping with life changes. So, in unison, what I hope to offer is a safe, non-judgemental space which facilitates talking, expressing, moving and being creative as channels to your journey of self-discovery.
Through my own life experiences and working over the years in a number of roles in a range of settings, I have deep understanding and empathy for those going through trials of their own but I also have huge trust, respect and optimism in the human spirit, what it is to be human and to find our way in the world.
I am accredited in the UK with over 4 years of professional experience and whoever you are and whatever brings you here, I offer you a warm welcome and a metaphorical container in which to bring and share your experience.
I am kink aware/friendly, knowledgeable of the scene, inclusive of LGBTQ This is an important area of work for me.
Thank you for trusting in the process and taking the first step.
