Working in an integrative manner, I do so with a humanistic and psychodynamic approach. I see a person as an embodied whole: mind and body. I am interested in learning about you and what approach works best for you.

So, in unison, what I hope to offer is a safe, non-judgemental space which facilitates talking, expressing, moving and being creative as channels to your journey of self-discovery.

Through my own life experiences and working over the years in a number of roles in a range of settings, I have deep understanding and empathy for those going through trials of their own but I also have huge trust, respect and optimism in the human spirit, what it is to be human and to find our way in the world.
