Many people ask whether online therapy can truly make a difference. For common issues such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One significant advantage is flexibility – you can connect with a therapist in the way that feels most comfortable, whether that is by video call, phone, live chat, or in-app messaging. This range of options makes it easier to fit therapeutic support into a busy life.
All participating practitioners are licensed professionals, and if you decide you would like a different fit, you have the option to switch therapists at any time.
