Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hi, I’m Bilkan and I’m an integrative psychodynamic counsellor, which means I work with people to explore both what’s happening in their lives right now and how past experiences may still be shaping them today.
I know reaching out for counselling can feel daunting, especially if you’ve been through difficult or painful experiences. I have a particular interest in working with people who’ve experienced trauma. I bring warmth, empathy, and patience to create a safe space where you don’t have to go through things alone or at a pace that feels overwhelming.
I believe therapy is about connection and curiosity, getting to know yourself more deeply, understanding the patterns that might be keeping you stuck, and finding new ways forward. My role is to walk alongside you, offering support and reflection as you discover what healing and change can look like for you.
If you’re looking for someone who will listen without judgment and take time to really understand you, I’d be glad to work with you.

Many people wonder whether remote counselling can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person sessions for most people.
One major benefit is flexibility – clients can choose the format that fits their life, whether that is video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This range of options can make it easier to attend sessions consistently and integrate therapy into a busy routine.
Sessions are delivered by licensed professionals, and clients can change therapists at any time if they feel a different fit would be more helpful. For many people, online therapy provides an accessible, practical way to work through concerns with a trained therapist.
