Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hello and welcome to my profile.
My name is Beth, and I am a BACP registered person-centred therapist based in Yorkshire.
I have worked as a counsellor in a range of settings since 2022, and also hold a Masters degree in Psychology.
As a counsellor I am skilled in working with people who are experiencing issues with anxiety, stress, self-esteem issues and disordered eating, but warmly welcome anybody who would like to work with me.
I embrace clients from within the LGBTQ+ community, in addition to those who are neurodivergent. My practice is built on trust, kindness and acceptance, and you are safe and welcome here.
You will find me a gentle, reliable and compassionate counsellor who will work to build a trusting relationship with you and provide you with a safe, judgement free space where you can explore your thoughts and process your experiences in your own time.
Whenever you are ready, I look forward to meeting you!

Many people ask whether online therapy can make a real difference. For common difficulties such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges and navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is flexibility – individuals can choose the way of connecting that feels most comfortable, whether that is video calls, phone sessions, live chat or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to fit therapy around work, family and other commitments.
Therapists offering online work are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to change therapists if they need a different fit. Online therapy can be a practical, accessible route to getting support for many of the common concerns people face.
