Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a licensed Mental Health therapist in Missouri with over 8 years of experience in the mental health field. I got my BS in Psychology from University of Central Missouri. I later received my MS is Mental Health counseling from Walden University. I’ve worked with clients with a range of concerns such as depression , anxiety, relationships, self esteem, abuse , and career concerns. I have worked with many other diagnoses and concerns , however those were just to name a few. Along with working with a range of diagnosis I also work with those from many different backgrounds.
My therapy style is empathic, genuine, and honest. My fellow therapist gave me the nickname of the rapport building therapist because I have a way of connecting with my clients that draws them into trusting the process. My approach is a combination of cognitive behavioral therapy, reality therapy, humanistic, and psychodynamic. I like to meet clients where they are in the stages of change . I understand that everyone handles things differently and somethings are sensitive and hard to address. Therapy is not an easy thing to do and that is why I am on the journey with you.
Whenever you are ready, so am I.
I look forward to meeting you .

Many people wonder whether remote counseling can really help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life transitions, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is flexibility – clients can connect in the format that fits their schedules and comfort level, whether that is video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or messaging within an app. This range of options makes it easier to keep consistent appointments and integrate therapy into a busy life.
Each therapist offering online care is a licensed professional, and clients have the option to switch therapists if they need a different fit. For many people, virtual therapy provides an accessible and effective route to addressing everyday mental health concerns and relationship issues.
