Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
My journey towards becoming a counsellor and psychotherapist began 12 years ago, and I have been devoted to the vocation I love dearly ever since.
I support people during their difficult times of feeling different, depressed, anxious, or experiencing a lack of direction in their lives; I am available for those going through grief or just needing to be heard and listened to in a confidential space.
I have been fortunate to travel widely, living in many countries such as Belgium, Canada, India, Latvia, and many others. All these places have enriched my understanding of various cultures, human nature, complexities, and richness.
I am a therapist with an integrative approach who strives to tailor the sessions for you as an individual, considering your past and present situations and your potential to integrate into your authentic journey to become all that you deserve to be, to transform your internal behavioural patterns so that they become your internal support rather than destruction. I draw upon models such as Jungian and depth psychology, person-centred, and somatic approaches. During the session, I strive to use dreams, imagination and your way of seeing the world.
