Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am an integrative psychotherapist, NLP Master Practitioner, Coach and Hypnotherapist.
I have also trained in Mindfulness and offer Mindful Relaxation Sessions.
I work extensively with adults and young people. My knowledge and experience in private practice allows me to draw upon a range of approaches to work with you to explore what has been happening in your life up until now, and to find ways to experience a much more satisfying, healthier and more meaningful life.
I have experience working with a wide range of issues, including:
Anxiety, Stress and Panic attacks
Depression
Bereavement
Anger Management
Low Self-Esteem and Self-Confidence
Trauma
Relationship and Family difficulties
Self-harm and Suicidal Ideation
End of Life
Phobias
I work within the BACP Ethical Framework, have liability insurance and hold a DBS Certificate.
I offer long or short-term integrative therapy. My core training is rooted in using a person-centred approach, where the use of empathy and developing rapport is essential for a successful outcome as it enables you to work through your issues at your own pace.
Whatever your problem, having a trusting, caring, reliable relationship outside of your normal circle will give you the space you need to find your own path.
Developing compassion and love for yourself is key to being able to move on; I can help you find inner peace and your own life path. Your mind is your most precious and powerful commodity and I can tap in to that in order to help heal you.
I agree with the Dalai Lama when he says, “…. there isn’t anyone who doesn’t appreciate kindness and compassion.” I feel that that offering kindness and compassion unconditionally is what helps form the relationship and move it forward.
Trying to find someone who can help with whatever problem or issue you have may seem daunting. We all need help at different times in our lives for a variety of reasons. Sometimes talking to our loved ones or friends is either not possible or feels uncomfortable. Working with me would mean being able to speak freely in a safe environment.
All of my training, knowledge and experience means that I have access to a wide variety of tools. I will be able to work with you in the best way possible for you. I am there to support you through your journey of transformation, whatever your needs.
With me, you will be in a safe, non-judgemental, empathic space.

For many common concerns – such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties or coping with life changes – online therapy has been found to be as effective as traditional in-person sessions. This makes it a practical option for people seeking help for everyday mental health challenges.
One of the main benefits is flexibility. Clients can connect with therapists in the format that suits them best – through video calls, phone sessions, live chat or in-app messaging – which makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life.
Each participating therapist is a licensed professional, and clients have the option to switch to a different therapist if they feel a different fit would be better. Online therapy can offer an accessible and adaptable way to work with a therapist while addressing common emotional and relationship concerns.
