Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
My ideal client is either someone that has been having difficulty connecting to themselves with knowing who they are or what they want after a life-transition, a traumatic event, an Autism or CPTSD diagnosis, or maybe for the first time ever. Or someone trying to connect better to the people around them in building their friend group, their sense of community, their bond with their children, or their intimacy with their romantic partner.
My specialty is helping neurodivergent adults feel connected to themselves and others. I offer neurodivergent affirming evaluations for Autism, C-PTSD, & ESA letters, coaching, and therapy using primarily TF-CBT, Satir growth model, MI, and SFBT to help clients utilize their strengths, accommodations, and social support network well enough to fire me!
If you’re feeling disconnected from what’s most important to you, want to build on the skills you already have, and are ready to move towards your goals, please reach out to me so we can create change together!

Andra Blackheart is a licensed clinical social worker in Florida (FL LCSW SW21899) with five years of clinical experience. She works with adults who feel disconnected from themselves after a life transition, a traumatic event, an Autism or C-PTSD diagnosis, or who are confronting that sense of disconnection for the first time. She also supports people who want to deepen connections with others – whether that means expanding a friend group, strengthening community ties, rebuilding a bond with children, or improving intimacy with a romantic partner.
A core focus of Andra’s practice is helping neurodivergent adults reconnect with themselves and with the people around them. She provides neurodivergent-affirming evaluations for Autism and C-PTSD, can assist with ESA letters, and offers both coaching and therapy. Her clinical approach draws primarily on Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), the Satir growth model, Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). These methods are used to help clients leverage their existing strengths, put effective accommodations in place, and make good use of their social supports so they can move toward independence from therapy when ready.
Andra maintains a professional yet approachable stance, inviting prospective clients who feel out of touch with their priorities or who want to build on skills they already have to reach out and explore change together.
