Andra Blackheart is a licensed clinical social worker in Florida (FL LCSW SW21899) with five years of clinical experience. She works with adults who feel disconnected from themselves after a life transition, a traumatic event, an Autism or C-PTSD diagnosis, or who are confronting that sense of disconnection for the first time. She also supports people who want to deepen connections with others - whether that means expanding a friend group, strengthening community ties, rebuilding a bond with children, or improving intimacy with a romantic partner.
A core focus of Andra’s practice is helping neurodivergent adults reconnect with themselves and with the people around them. She provides neurodivergent-affirming evaluations for Autism and C-PTSD, can assist with ESA letters, and offers both coaching and therapy. Her clinical approach draws primarily on Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), the Satir growth model, Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). These methods are used to help clients leverage their existing strengths, put effective accommodations in place, and make good use of their social supports so they can move toward independence from therapy when ready.
Andra maintains a professional yet approachable stance, inviting prospective clients who feel out of touch with their priorities or who want to build on skills they already have to reach out and explore change together.
