Many people ask whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been found to be as effective as traditional in-person sessions for most people.
One clear benefit is flexibility – you can connect in the way that suits you best, whether that is through video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This range of options makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life.
Each therapist you work with will be a licensed professional, and if you feel a different fit would be better you are free to switch therapists at any time.
