Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hi, I am a therapist, licensed in the UK, with 25 years of professional work experience. I have experience of helping clients with a variety of issues including stress and anxiety, depression, trauma, abuse, loss and grief, pet bereavement, addiction, anger, relationship problems, motivation, low self esteem, and lack of confidence. I am an integrated therapist, in that I use interventions from various schools of therapy but I use Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and Cognitive Analytical Therapy in the main. I am also an Inner Child practitioner. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you already have many of the strengths that will assist you in overcoming the things in life that challenge you. Without challenge there cannot be change. I am here to help you acquire the change you want and will be with you every step of the way on our journey together. I am happy to work with you using video, telephone or live chat/messaging. I became a therapist because of overcoming trauma and loss in my own life and I want to use these life experiences to help others. Taking the first step to sign up for therapy takes courage and I am proud of you for getting started. I hope to have the privilege and pleasure of working with you soon. Take care, Amanda
