I primarily work with clients coping with addictions/compulsions, depression, anxiety, grief and loss, family of origin issues, self esteem/identity development and specialize in serving the LGBTQIA communities. I take an Existential and person-centered approach to counseling via CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, Narrative Therapy, Family Systems and any other ethical, research based modality/counseling theory I am proficient in and is appropriate for your needs. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life through counseling. One of my primary commitments to you will be to honor that through the professional clinical services I practice.
