I am licensed in Missouri and Illinois with 8 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, family conflicts, trauma and abuse. I also have experience working with concentration, memory and focus (adhd). I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support & empower you in that journey.

Alexandria Libby is only available for early morning sessions Monday – Friday from 5:00 a.m. to 6:30 a.m. In June she returns to a summer schedule and will offer a combination of early morning and later morning options Monday – Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
She is licensed as a clinical social worker in Illinois (LCSW 149.026276) and in Missouri (LCSW 2017033883), and she practices in Missouri. With six years of professional experience, Alexandria supports people working through stress, anxiety, family conflicts, trauma and abuse, and difficulties with concentration, memory, and focus often related to ADHD.
Her practice emphasizes a welcoming, nonjudgmental atmosphere where clients can share thoughts and feelings openly. She also works with concerns such as addictions, parenting challenges, anger, self-esteem, bipolar disorder, depression, coping with life changes, and compassion fatigue, and she provides care for LGBT clients.
Alexandria recognizes that seeking help takes courage and she aims to support and empower clients as they take initial steps toward greater well-being and a more fulfilling life.

Treatment is provided by licensed professionals, and if a client prefers a different therapeutic match they can switch therapists at any time.
