Alexandria Libby is only available for early morning sessions Monday - Friday from 5:00 a.m. to 6:30 a.m. In June she returns to a summer schedule and will offer a combination of early morning and later morning options Monday - Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
She is licensed as a clinical social worker in Illinois (LCSW 149.026276) and in Missouri (LCSW 2017033883), and she practices in Missouri. With six years of professional experience, Alexandria supports people working through stress, anxiety, family conflicts, trauma and abuse, and difficulties with concentration, memory, and focus often related to ADHD.
Her practice emphasizes a welcoming, nonjudgmental atmosphere where clients can share thoughts and feelings openly. She also works with concerns such as addictions, parenting challenges, anger, self-esteem, bipolar disorder, depression, coping with life changes, and compassion fatigue, and she provides care for LGBT clients.
Alexandria recognizes that seeking help takes courage and she aims to support and empower clients as they take initial steps toward greater well-being and a more fulfilling life.
Many people wonder if remote therapy can genuinely help. For common concerns like stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One of the main benefits is flexibility - clients can choose the way that feels most comfortable, whether that is a video call, a phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to fit therapy into daily life.
Treatment is provided by licensed professionals, and if a client prefers a different therapeutic match they can switch therapists at any time.
