Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hi! I’m Lois, a licensed therapist with a passion for helping people feel better so they can live more fulfilling lives. I’m here to help you find clarity, confidence and direction.
I truly believe that people and relationships can recover, grow, and thrive through therapy. Together, we’ll identify what’s getting in the way and create meaningful changes that last. My goal is to create a space where you feel genuinely understood.
I utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches depending on your specific needs. My approach is always collaborative and focused on introspection and skill building. I use a blend of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy, and mindfulness.
I have worked in the field of mental health for 14 years, it has always been my passion. I have been a licensed therapist for 5 years. I have experience working with a variety of people and issues in both inpatient and outpatient settings. I have worked with severe and persistent mental health disorders, but my current focuses are relationship and family issues, life stressors (like work, school and finances), depression and anxiety.
I am licensed in NC. I currently work with individuals and couples, adults only.

For many common concerns – including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and navigating life changes – online therapy has been found to be as effective as traditional in-person care. It offers a practical way to address these issues without requiring travel or a fixed office schedule.
One of the main benefits is flexibility. People can meet with a therapist in the format that suits them best: video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. That variety makes it easier to fit therapeutic support into a busy life.
Each therapist offering online care is a licensed professional, and clients may switch therapists at any time if they would like a different fit. For many, online therapy provides an accessible and effective option to begin or continue their mental health journey.
