Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I’m a Person-Centred Counsellor with nearly five years’ post-qualification experience, and over 15 years working in mental health. Before becoming a therapist, I worked across a range of settings, including care homes, forensic step-down services, and mental health charities. I’ve supported adults with complex needs, including personality disorders, addiction, and enduring mental health issues.
My background has given me a deep respect for the different ways people cope, survive, and make sense of their experiences. It’s also reinforced my belief that genuine, accepting relationships can be profoundly healing — which is the heart of how I work.
My Approach
I offer Person-Centred Therapy, a non-directive approach grounded in empathy, authenticity, and acceptance. This means I won’t judge you, diagnose you, or try to “fix” you — instead, I’ll walk alongside you, offering space to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences at your own pace.
Therapy with me is a collaborative process. I trust that you are the expert in your own life, and I’ll support you in reconnecting with your own sense of direction, clarity, and self-trust. Over time, many people find this kind of work helps them feel more grounded, more empowered, and more at ease with themselves.
Who I Work With
I work with adults (18+) and have particular experience supporting people with:
Addiction and substance use
Anxiety and depression
Low self-esteem or feeling lost
Neurodivergence
LGB identities and LGBTQ+ affirming support
My practice is neurodivergent-affirming, LGB-friendly, and trauma-aware. I understand how important it is to feel safe, accepted, and understood — especially when life has made that feel difficult.
Next Steps
If you’re considering therapy — whether you’re in crisis, feeling stuck, or simply want space to understand yourself more deeply — I’d be honoured to hear from you. You can reach out and we’ll take it from there together.

Many people wonder whether online therapy can really make a difference. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One of the main benefits is flexibility – people can connect with a therapist in the format that suits them best, whether that is a video call, a phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility can make it easier to fit therapy into busy lives.
All participating therapists are licensed professionals, and clients may choose to switch to a different therapist at any time if they would prefer a different fit.
