Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hi, I’m a UK registered counsellor (BACP) and a multilingual therapist (English, Italian) with over 10 years of experience helping people feel more grounded, confident, and in control of their lives.
I’ve worked for Place2be, Women’s Aid, Randstad , Barry Bennett, NCS programme, and privately.
I have an MSc in Counselling Psychology and an MA in Behavioural Studies, and my approach is person-centred, which basically means I focus on you—your pace, your goals, and what feels right for you. I work mostly with adults, but I’ve also supported children and teenagers in the past.
People come to me for all kinds of reasons: anxiety, depression, eating struggles, recovering from domestic or sexual violence, adjusting to big life changes, navigating breakups or divorce, work-related stress, or moving to a new country. Whatever it is, I’m here to help you make sense of things and feel more like yourself again.
I’m also especially passionate about working with neurodivergent clients, including those with ADHD and Autism. I offer a supportive, affirming space where we can explore what works best for you and how to navigate challenges in a way that feels authentic and empowering.
Another area close to my heart is supporting university students. That phase of life can be incredibly overwhelming—juggling deadlines, identity, independence, and uncertainty about the future. I work with students to manage stress, overcome procrastination, and reconnect with their motivation, all while building self-compassion and confidence along the way.
Therapy doesn’t have to feel intimidating. It’s simply a space where you can show up exactly as you are, and together we figure out what helps you feel better. If that sounds like something you’re looking for, I’d love to connect.

For many common concerns – including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and navigating life changes – online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions. It can be a practical option for people seeking accessible support without sacrificing quality of care.
One of the main benefits is flexibility. Clients can connect with a therapist in the format that suits them best – video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging – which helps therapy fit around work, study, and other commitments.
Sessions are provided by licensed professionals, and if someone feels they need a different fit they can switch therapists at any time. This makes online therapy a convenient and adaptable way to access professional support when dealing with everyday mental health challenges.
