Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am licensed in Colorado with 12 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, motivation, self esteem, confidence, bipolar disorder, & depression. I also have experience working with coping with life changes. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support & empower you in that journey.
I currently live abroad after living in CO for 25 years. I am 8 hours ahead of CO time and my schedule reflects that. My time slots cater to those that can’t make a traditional 9-5 appt work such as night shift workers, service staff, and those that simply can’t sleep. If you are having trouble finding a time slot that works for you, please reach out and I will see if I can accommodate it, otherwise, choosing a different therapist with hours that serve you better would be the wiser course of action.

Elizabeth Van Den Berg is a Colorado-licensed professional counselor with 12 years of experience. She holds CO LPC LPC.0021511, a Colorado licensed professional counselor (LPC), and brings a steady, experienced presence to her clinical work.
She works with stress, anxiety, motivation, self-esteem and confidence issues, bipolar disorder, depression, and coping with life changes. She approaches clients from a strengths-based perspective, believing that each person is the expert of their own story and has resources that can help them address the challenges they face.
Elizabeth is a female, older, non-religious, liberal therapist who aims to support and empower clients as they take steps toward a more fulfilling and happier life. She recognizes that seeking help requires courage and offers encouragement and practical guidance throughout the process.
Although she spent 25 years living in Colorado, Elizabeth currently lives abroad. She is eight hours ahead of Colorado time and schedules reflect that time difference. Her available time slots are geared toward people who cannot attend traditional 9-5 appointments – such as night shift workers, service staff, and those who have difficulty sleeping. If someone cannot find a suitable time slot, she invites them to reach out to see if she can accommodate; if not, choosing a different therapist with hours that better fit one’s schedule may be the wiser course of action.
Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions for most situations.
One clear benefit is flexibility. Clients can choose the format that fits them best and connect via video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging, making it simpler to fit therapy into a busy or irregular schedule.
Therapists offering online services are licensed professionals, and if a different fit is needed, it is possible to switch to another therapist at any time. This adaptability and range of communication options make online therapy a practical choice for many people seeking support.
