Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am credentialed in the United Kingdom with The National Counselling Psychotherapy Society. I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, trauma, abuse, motivation, self esteem, confidence, depression, & concentration, memory.
Being neurodivergent (Autistic with ADHD), I am able to support with the differences we face on a daily basis. As there is nothing ‘wrong’ being Autistic and ADHD, the world around us can potentially make it that little bit more tricky. Through ACT (Acceptance Compassion Therapy) we can work on accepting yourself for who are are, building on your strengths and what you are able to do, as opposed to looking at what you may perceive as ‘not the right way of feeling’. With this in mind, I understand and validate experiences as a parent/carer regarding carer’s fatigue and responsibilities. I am a specialist Neurodiversity and Mental Health Mentor for university students who are in receipt of Disability Student Allowance (DSA) and have been with students from their first day at university and seen them graduate. I also have experience working with focus, procrastination, motivation and self-confidence. I am so thankful being part of their journey to accepting themselves for who they are.
I offer psychoeducation within a neuro-affirming approach where my personal and professional experiences collide in finding the best way forward with you as my client, in becoming your best version of your self. My style is relaxed, warm and interactive.
I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process.

Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly help. For many common concerns – including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties and life transitions – online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional face-to-face sessions.
One major benefit is flexibility. People can choose the way they connect that feels most comfortable, whether that is a video call, a phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule.
All therapists involved are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to switch therapists at any time if they feel a different fit would be better. Online therapy makes evidence-based support more accessible while offering multiple formats to suit individual preferences.
