Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am an MBACP accredited integrative UK psychotherapist with 10 + years of professional work experience, a degree in Counselling, and obtaining a Masters in Mental Health Science. I have experience in helping clients and couples with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, motivation, self esteem and confidence, & depression. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage and I respect that. I am here to support you in that process and assist you on this journey together using various techniques such as talking therapy, CBT, Mindfulness, Card Games, Videos, and worksheets.
I offer 12 sessions of structured therapy for Betterhelp Clients with a review after 6 sessions. Should clients like to continue following 12 sessions for a further 6 sessions, they may request this during the 12th session and will be subject for evaluation.
The counseling may be done via video, audio calls, or live chat.
Chat room messages between sessions will be addressed within 24 hours on weekdays only, and between the hours of 3pm-4pm.
It is expected that all clients address their concerns as concise and specific as possible so that I can return the message with thorough and explicit guidance. Chat room messages are not to be considered an ongoing chat line and are there for clients who have specific requests on how to manage an issue.

Many people wonder whether online therapy truly makes a difference. For most common concerns – such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes – online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
A key benefit is flexibility. Clients can connect in the way that suits them best – video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging – which makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life.
Therapists offering online care are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to switch therapists if they feel a different fit would be better. Online therapy can be a practical and accessible way to get support for many everyday mental health needs.
