Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am credentialed in the UK with 5 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship issues, family conflicts, trauma, abuse, PTSD, self-harm, grief and bereavement.
I am an integrative counsellor and psychotherapist, and I view you as a complete individual. I consider your mental, physical, and emotional needs while exploring interactions with broader relations and the external environment. I use techniques and tools from various modalities to tailor an individual approach to meet your needs, whether individual needs, communication, or learning styles. I mainly use a therapeutic approach called Systemic Therapy. This approach encourages the exploration of broader interactions rather than solely focusing on oneself and aims to change the transactional patterns of system members. In addition to talking therapy, I may use appropriate resources and creative therapy to address specific difficulties.
In today’s fast-paced world, our mental and emotional wellbeing is often challenged by anxiety, depression, isolation, and daily stresses, which can negatively impact relationships and cause sleepless nights. Traumatic past events and complex relationship issues, such as infidelity, trust, intimacy, and balancing various life aspects, can make it hard to resolve problems alone. Therapy can provide valuable support regardless of relationship status or orientation, offering new perspectives and tools for positive change. As a therapist, I offer a safe, inclusive space to explore difficult emotions and behaviours. I believe that you are the expert in your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. Taking the first step towards seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process.

She aims to support people taking the courageous first step toward a more fulfilling and happier life.
Many people wonder whether therapy delivered online can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person work for most people.
One of the clear benefits is the flexibility it provides – clients can connect in the way that suits them best through video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. That flexibility makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule and to maintain continuity of care.
Therapists who work online are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to switch therapists if they feel a different fit would be better. Online therapy can offer accessible, practical support and tools to address day-to-day challenges and longer standing concerns.
