Many people ask whether online therapy can truly help. For a range of common concerns – such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties or coping with life changes – online therapy has been found to be as effective as traditional in-person sessions for most people.
One of the main benefits is flexibility. You can connect in the way that best suits you – via video calls, phone sessions, live chat or in-app messaging – which can make it easier to fit therapy around daily life and commitments.
All participating professionals are licensed, and there is the option to change therapists if you feel a different fit would be better. This approach makes it straightforward to get the support you need in a format that works for you.
