Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Welcome, my name is Michelle. As an integrative therapist working in the UK, I believe there is no one way that works for all. I combine different therapeutic approaches which give the flexibility to tailor the therapy to your individual needs. I work using Gestalt therapy, Psychodynamic, and CBT counselling techniques to treat you as an individual and to work collaboratively with you so you can identify your own way forward. I pay particular attention to how past experiences may have influenced your present thoughts, feelings, and relationships, and help you to detangle from recurring life struggles that are holding you back.
I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, depression and low mood, relationship issues, coping with grief and loss, & anger management. I believe the most important element of therapy is to build a trusting therapeutic relationship. I offer a calm approach where I will always listen and work in a way in which you can feel empowered in your own life, giving you an opportunity to feel deeply heard, accepted, and understood.
I believe everyone is important and deserves to be heard, whether you are looking for a brief focused approach or to work long-term on deeper issues. There is no fixed time frame and we will go at your pace. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process.

Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or major life transitions, online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional face-to-face sessions.
One clear benefit is flexibility – clients can choose the mode of contact that suits them best, whether that is a video appointment, a phone call, live chat, or messaging within an app. This adaptability makes it easier to incorporate therapy into busy lives and maintain continuity of care.
Therapists offering online work are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to change therapists if they feel a different fit would be better. For many people, the combination of proven outcomes and practical convenience makes online therapy a viable option to consider.
