Many people wonder whether connecting with a therapist online can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or adjusting to life changes, online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person work.
A major benefit is flexibility – clients can choose the format that suits them best, whether that is video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility can make it easier to build therapy into a busy life.
All participating practitioners are licensed professionals, and clients may change therapists if they feel a different fit would be more helpful. Online therapy offers an accessible way to receive support for a range of everyday mental health and relationship issues.
