Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am licensed in Oklahoma with 20 years of professional work experience including helping clients with stress and anxiety, trauma, coping with addictions, family conflicts, & coping with grief and loss. I have worked in outpatient community mental health, inpatient care for teens, home based children’s services, residential substance use treatment, vocational rehabilitation and most recently integrated care which involves both physical and mental health. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. My style tends to be laid back and I lean towards using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Dialectical Behavior Therapy as I see these approaches as empowering you. Our work together will include collaborating to identify your goals to meet your unique and specific needs, however that looks for you. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I look forward to being here to support & empower you in that journey.

Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or adjusting to life changes, online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions.
One of the clearest benefits is flexibility. Individuals can meet with a therapist in the format that works best for them – video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging – which makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule.
All therapists are licensed professionals, and if someone feels they need a different match they can switch to another therapist at any time. For many people, the combination of proven effectiveness and practical access makes online therapy a viable option for addressing everyday mental health concerns.
