About

I am a qualified and experienced integrative counsellor, licensed in the UK with five years of professional experience. I hold a CPCAB Level 5 qualification in Psychotherapeutic Counselling and am a registered member of the BACP and an accredited member of the NCPS.
Alongside my private practice, I work with a local eating disorders charity and spent many years volunteering with a national bereavement charity. I have a particular interest in helping clients navigate complex emotional landscapes including eating disorders, obesity, body image distress, anxiety, self-esteem, relationship issues and grief,
I also hold the Advanced Diploma Master Practitioner in Eating Disorders and Obesity qualification from the National Centre for Eating Disorders (NCFED) and the British Psychological society— one of the highest levels of specialist training available in this field . My training integrates Enhanced CBT (CBT-E), nutritional awareness, and evidence-based psychological approaches to support clients with anorexia, bulimia, binge eating disorder, emotional eating, ARFID, obesity and body image concerns.
As an integrative therapist, I tailor my approach to suit your unique experiences and goals. My work is grounded in person-centred values and draws from psychodynamic theory, somatic processing, mindfulness, and cognitive behavioural tools. I offer a calm, confidential, and non-judgemental space where we can explore what’s really going on for you — whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply in need of support.
I believe therapy can help reconnect you with your inner resources, improve your relationship with yourself and others, and lead to long-lasting, meaningful change. Taking that first step can feel daunting, but you don’t have to face it alone. I’m here to support you on your journey.

Is Online Therapy the Right Choice for Your Mental Health Journey?

Many people ask whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns – such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges or navigating life changes – evidence shows that online therapy can be as effective as traditional in-person sessions. One major advantage is convenience and flexibility. People can connect with a therapist in the way that suits them best: video calls, phone sessions, live chat or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life. All participating clinicians are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to change therapists at any time if they would prefer a different match. Online therapy can be a practical option for many who are seeking support, offering professional therapeutic approaches delivered through a range of communication methods.
