Hi, I’m Jo.
I am integrative therapist and I work with a a range of clients who are feeling they are not at their best and are looking for a comfortable and confidential space to explore what they are experiencing.
Whether you are looking to talk about past or present issues, suffering with anxiety or depression or looking to understand yourself better, all is welcome.
I have a special interest in working with relationship difficulties and how this maybe impacting your day to day life. It doesn’t matter how ‘big or small’ everything is welcome and it will be met only with understanding and support.
My therapy style is you lead the way, and i’ll support you as you go. Guiding you to explore aspects of your life which is important to you.
I know how daunting it can be to share your thoughts and feelings with someone. Before becoming a therapist, I felt the same. I’ve been told by previous clients that I am kind, friendly and very approachable.
My hope is to provide a warm, welcoming session where we can talk about any concerns and challenges you are looking to overcome.
I work with the client centred approach and a passion for attachment theory, as alongside my own life experience together we can create a therapeutic relationship helping you feel better and back to your old self.
I look forward to working with you,
Jo

Many people ask whether online therapy can really help. For a wide range of common concerns – such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes – research and practice show that therapy delivered remotely can be as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One of the main benefits is flexibility. People can connect with a therapist in the way that suits them best – by video call, phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging – which makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life.
Sessions are provided by licensed professionals, and if a different therapeutic fit is needed it is possible to switch therapists at any time. This accessibility and choice help many people make meaningful progress from the setting that works for them.
