Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a qualified counsellor, having completed an MSc in Counselling and Positive Psychology at the University of Bolton. I have been volunteering with a free counselling service for six years where I have dealt with a variety of client issues ranging from depression, anxiety and low self-esteem, through job loss, health, financial breakdown and family problems to domestic violence, sexual abuse and trauma. I have also worked with alcohol and drug addicts, homeless people and victims of human trafficking.
My psychotherapeutic approach is largely based on working with the subconscious, thanks to which we can change our approach to life and our problems, understand them and then solve them. In my work, I use various therapeutic techniques including elements of positive psychology and mindfulness, person-centred therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy, solution-focused therapy and radical forgiveness.
I offer my clients a safe space that is non-judgmental, full of empathy and understanding, where they can express themselves, talk about issues bothering them and begin the process of healing themselves through therapeutic work.
Please do not hesitate to contact me.

Many people wonder whether remote therapy can really help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions.
A major benefit is flexibility – clients can connect in the way that suits them best, whether by video call, telephone, live chat or in-app messaging. That flexibility makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life and to maintain continuity when circumstances change.
Therapists offering online sessions are licensed professionals, and clients can choose to switch therapists if they feel a different match would work better. Online therapy can be a practical and effective option for many people seeking support for everyday mental health and life challenges.
