Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I’m Claire, a fully qualified and insured person-centred counsellor from London living in Lincolnshire.
I have worked with many clients successfully for 5 years with their depression, anxiety, chronic low mood, relationship problems and grief amongst other issues.
I’ve worked with clients of all ages and backgrounds and I provide a warm, empathic and non-judgemental environment for you to explore yourself and start to unlock your unique potential.
I use aspects from lots of different counselling modalities but my passion is using a person-centred framework. I strongly believe each client knows deep down what’s best for them once blocks in their lives have been brought into their awareness.
In addition to my degree and counselling qualifications I have a diploma in CBT so can also help you with some practical strategies to take away.
I look forward to meeting you. I understand that starting therapy can be daunting but I promise to provide you with a safe space for all your feelings.

Many people ask whether talking to a therapist online can really help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One of the main benefits is flexibility – you can connect in the way that suits you best, whether that is a video call, a phone session, live chat or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule.
Therapists offering online work are licensed professionals, and if you ever want a different fit you can switch to another therapist at any time.
