Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly make a difference. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
A major advantage is flexibility – you can connect with a therapist in the way that feels most comfortable, whether by video call, phone session, live chat or in-app messaging. That flexibility makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy routine.
Sessions are provided by licensed professionals, and if you decide you would prefer a different fit you can switch therapists at any time.
