Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a counsellor/psychotherapist working in Northern Ireland for the past 7 years. My background is in psychology and criminology. I have experience working in the charity sector and now own and run my own counselling and holistic therapies business. I really enjoy working with adults of all ages and have experience working with clients presenting with issues such as self-esteem, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, self-harm and suicidal ideation. I particularly enjoy working with women suffering from low self-worth. I realise how daunting coming to counselling may be, and so I offer a warm, safe, non-judgemental and confidential environment where we can work together to improve your lifestyle and mental health.
My approach to helping you deal with your issues is by developing simple techniques that can be used in your ever-day life to improve your mindset and lifestyle. I use Person-Centred, Psychodynamic, Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Trauma-focused and Somatic Therapy approaches. I have had great success in helping my clients identify and use problem-solving strategies as a way of moving forward. I believe in the counselling process and find it extremely rewarding work.
People come to counselling because they want ‘change’, together we can explore what this change may be and how best to achieve it in your life. I understand how difficult it may be to reach out for help, but you have now already taken the first brave step. If you believe I could help to empower you , please do not hesitate to contact me today

For many common concerns – such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties or adapting to life changes – online therapy can be as effective as traditional face-to-face sessions. Research and practice show that remote therapy works well for these sorts of issues.
One major benefit is flexibility. Clients can choose the format that suits them best – video calls, telephone sessions, live chat or in-app messaging – making it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule or to access support from different locations.
Therapists offering online work are licensed professionals, and people can change therapists at any time if they need a different match. This variety of options makes remote therapy a practical choice for many who want to begin or continue their mental health work without the constraints of travel or fixed office hours.
