Online therapy can be an effective option for many common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and navigating life changes. For these issues, remote therapy has been found to perform on par with traditional in-person sessions for most people.
One of the main benefits is flexibility – clients can choose the mode of contact that suits them best, whether that is video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility often makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life.
All therapists involved are licensed professionals, and if a different therapeutic fit is needed, clients have the option to switch therapists at any time.
