I have worked with a range of issues, from people that have suffered with anxiety, depression, abuse, bereavement, stress, infertility, post-traumatic stress disorder, trust, self-esteem and addictions.
The name of my practice is Mind Focus Counselling. To me this represents growth, strength, focus, hope and new beginnings.

Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly make a difference. For common issues such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
A key advantage of online work is flexibility. Clients can connect with a therapist in the way that feels most comfortable – by video call, phone, live chat or in-app messaging – which often makes it simpler to fit sessions into a busy life.
Therapists who offer online services are licensed professionals, and clients may switch therapists at any time if they would like a different match.
