Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I work primarily as a person centred Counsellor, offering a safe space and time so you can come up with answers for yourself and find your own coping mechanisms that work for you. I enjoy watching clients heal from their past, abusive relationships and challenge their patterns. In my past I’ve worked with women, that experienced domestic violence, some still in abusive relationships. Almost every other client of mine experienced sexual abuse or child sexual abuse. This prompted me to get more training in this area to be able to help and heal clients affected by it. Statistics show 1 in 4 adults are a victim of sexual abuse of some form. It affects current lifes of many and without healing and the right support we may feel alone.
I have trained with Road Victim Trust, counselling clients that have lost a loved one. I found being a person they can lean on and safely talk to, exploring the different stages of grief, very rewarding.
In my private work I worked with many clients wanting to heal the relationship with their family and often worked exploring their attachments and gaining more understanding of their behaviour. This has eventually led to making more positive changes in their lifes, learning how to set boundaries and start building healthier relationships.

Gabriela Morris works mainly as a person-centred counsellor, offering a calm, non-judgemental space where clients can explore their own answers and develop coping strategies that suit them. She supports people as they reflect on past experiences and as they learn ways to manage day-to-day challenges.
She has a particular interest in helping clients recover from abusive relationships and in supporting them to recognise and change repeating patterns of behaviour. In her previous practice she worked with women who had experienced domestic violence, including some who remained in abusive situations.
Many of her clients have disclosed experiences of sexual abuse or child sexual abuse, which led her to undertake further training to better support those affected. She cites the widely reported statistic that one in four adults is a victim of some form of sexual abuse, and she focuses on providing informed care to those coping with its effects.
Gabriela has also trained with the Road Victims Trust to counsel people bereaved by road incidents, finding it rewarding to be someone clients can rely on while they work through the stages of grief. In private practice she has helped clients repair family relationships by exploring attachment patterns and increasing understanding of their own behaviour – steps that have often resulted in clearer boundaries and healthier relationships.
For many common concerns – including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and major life transitions – online therapy can be an effective option and has been shown to perform similarly to traditional in-person sessions for these issues. It is a practical way to receive support for everyday mental health needs.
One of the main advantages is flexibility – clients can choose the mode of contact that suits them best, whether that is a video call, a phone session, live chat, or messaging inside an app. This variety makes it easier to fit therapy into busy schedules and to access help from different locations.
All participating clinicians are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to change therapists if they feel a different fit would be better. Online therapy offers a way to work with trained therapists while maintaining choice over how and when to connect.
