Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
(Text sessions available only)
Hello, it’s nice to meet you. My name is Layla and I am a qualified counsellor in Central London dealing with a wide range of personal difficulties. I work quite flexibly around your preferences, so tell me more about yourself and what you would like to gain from our private sessions.
Starting therapy can be daunting. My aim is to be there to support you wholeheartedly and offer a non-judgemental space where you can speak your mind and release your emotions and thoughts. This can be achieved through my offer of working psychoanalytically and person centred- with themes of mindfulness and existentialism throughout.
Please note. I currently work via Text based sessions.
I look forward to hearing from you.

Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly make a difference. For most common concerns – including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes – online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person sessions for most people.
One of the main advantages is flexibility. Clients can connect with their therapist in the format that feels most comfortable – video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging – which makes it easier to fit therapy into everyday life.
Licensed professionals deliver online therapy, and clients have the option to change therapists at any time if they would prefer a different fit.
