Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hi, a warm welcome to my page, my name is Keren.
I am a licensed, accredited therapist and clinical supervisor living and working in the UK. I spent the first chapter of my life growing up and working in New Zealand. I have over ten years experience counselling adults and young people dealing with past and present issues, such as: anxiety, bereavement, depression. low self-esteem, loss and relationship issues.
As an integrative therapist, I work creatively and tailor therapy to meet your individual needs. I am warm in my approach and care about your wellbeing. Together we develop a trusting and positive relationship, so you have a confidential and safe space to talk about whatever is on your mind. I am interested in everything you say and listen without judgement. It is important that you feel heard and understood. I ask a few questions, to help you share your thoughts, feelings and experiences with ease. We make links to past experiences and any possible affects they may have on you in the present. This helps us understand your emotions better, so they become less overwhelming and more manageable. In addition, we think about how your self-esteem and relationships may be affected, so you can make positive changes in your life and improve your self-esteem, confidence, relationships and quality of life. I welcome clients from all backgrounds and work in a supportive and non-discriminatory way.
I look forward to meeting you and working together.

Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
A major benefit is flexibility – people can connect in the way that suits them best, whether by video call, phone session, live chat or in-app messaging. That flexibility makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life.
Therapists offering online services are licensed professionals, and it is possible to change therapists at any time if someone prefers a different fit. Online therapy can therefore be a practical and effective option for many seeking support.
