Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Welcome to My BetterHelp Profile – Your Friendly Guide to Feeling Better
Hi there, I’m Gina, the founder of Be Best Therapy. I’m just like you – someone who believes that we all deserve a bit of help when life gets tough. I’m also a proud member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy, so you know you’re in good hands.
Therapy That Gets You
I’m all about keeping things real and tailoring my approach to fit you perfectly. I love using Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT) because it’s all about turning those tough, nagging thoughts into positive vibes. It’s not just about getting through the day; it’s about making your days better.
Mindfulness is another tool in my kit. It’s a fantastic way to stay cool and collected when life throws curveballs. It’s especially great for keeping anxiety in check and helping you find your calm place.
I also mix in some Integrated Counselling and Person-Centred Therapy – fancy terms for saying I focus on what you need and help you take the driver’s seat in your life.
Finding Your Balance
Life’s a juggling act, right? Work, family, personal stuff – it can all get a bit much. I’m here to help you find that sweet spot where everything balances out. We’ll set goals that actually fit into your life and figure out ways to make self-care a real thing, not just a hashtag.
You’re Not in This Alone
Feeling anxious or just plain overwhelmed sometimes? That’s totally normal. We all feel like that. But you don’t have to tough it out alone. I’m here to walk alongside you, help you tackle those tough times, and find your happy place.
Let’s Start This Journey Together
Why not give it a shot? Book a session with me, and let’s chat. We’ll take it one step at a time towards a happier, more chilled-out you. I’m here for the whole ride, ready to support you all the way. Let’s make life a bit brighter, together 🙂

Gina Hossu is the founder of Be Best Therapy and a practising member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy, offering a professional and approachable therapy service in the United Kingdom.
With 15 years of experience, Gina blends evidence-based methods with a person-focused approach. She frequently uses Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to help people identify and reframe unhelpful thinking patterns. Mindfulness practice is also part of her work, supporting clients to manage anxiety and stay present during stressful moments.
Gina integrates elements of integrated counselling and person-centred therapy, aiming to tailor sessions to each person’s needs and empower them to take an active role in their progress. Practical goal-setting and achievable self-care strategies are central to her approach so therapy fits into real life rather than feeling like an extra burden.
She presents therapy as a collaborative process and offers steady support through challenging periods, helping clients move toward more balanced days and greater wellbeing.
For many common concerns – such as stress, anxiety, low mood, relationship difficulties, or adapting to life changes – online therapy can be as effective as face-to-face work. Research and practical experience support its usefulness for these everyday challenges without implying guarantees.
One major benefit of receiving therapy remotely is flexibility. People can meet with a therapist by video, speak by phone, use live chat, or exchange messages through an app – and choose the option that best suits their comfort, schedule, and circumstances.
Therapy delivered online is provided by licensed professionals, and clients may change therapists if they want a different match. This adaptability makes it easier to find the right fit and to integrate therapy into a busy life.
