Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am an accredited psychotherapist with the BACP and COSCA in Edinburgh with several years of experience working as a psychodynamic and person-centred psychotherapist. My work with client ranges from issues regarding bereavement, loss/grief, anxiety, trauma/complex trauma, PTSD, depression, relationship issues, stress, sexual abuse, self-harm, anger management, parenting problems, work-related issues and self-esteem. I also use breath work, mindfulness and somatic approaches where necessary while working with clients. Although I do not diagnose, I can work with your diagnosis to help you understand and make meaning of your experiences.
My therapy style is warm, safe and non-judgmental. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don’t believe in stigmatising labels. My approach can be described as relational psychodynamic, combining person-centred, psychodynamic, inter-personal and psychoanalytic approaches to therapy. I believe that everyone is different, so I will tailor our work together to meet your unique and specific needs.
It takes courage to seek a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards change. If you are ready to take that step, I am here to support and empower you.
I look forward to working with you!

Many people ask whether remote therapy can really help. For a range of common concerns – including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties and life transitions – online therapy has been found to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is flexibility. Clients can choose the format that suits them best – video calls, telephone sessions, live chat or in-app messaging – which makes it simpler to fit therapy around work, family and other commitments.
Therapy provided online is delivered by licensed professionals, and if a different match is preferred at any point, it is possible to change therapists. Online work can offer consistent access to support while accommodating different schedules and communication preferences.
