Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
My name is Jaquetta, and I’m a BACP-accredited counselling psychotherapist with over 17 years of experience supporting adults through life’s more difficult chapters. You may be feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of what’s next—whatever has brought you here, I’m here to listen and help you explore it with care and without judgment.
You will find that therapy with me will be a space where you can slow down and reconnect with yourself. Together, we can explore your thoughts, feelings, and patterns with curiosity and compassion—looking at where they may have come from and how they’re showing up in your life now.
My approach is integrative and humanistic, drawing primarily on Person-Centred, Existential, and Gestalt philosophies. Over time, I’ve continued to develop my practice with additional training in Mindfulness, ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), and IFS (Internal Family Systems Therapy). This means we can work in a way that suits you—tailored to your unique experience and needs, without imposing answers or advice.
I believe we all have the capacity to navigate life’s challenges, but sometimes difficult experiences—loss, trauma, transitions—can shake our sense of direction and leave us feeling anxious, disconnected, or lost. When that happens, you don’t have to go through it alone. Therapy can offer a supportive way back to clarity, confidence, and self-understanding.

She works with people who may feel stuck, overwhelmed, or uncertain about what comes next, offering a listening presence free from judgement.
Therapy with Jaquetta is intended as a space to slow down and reconnect with yourself. She helps clients explore their thoughts, emotions, and recurring patterns with curiosity and compassion, considering where these experiences may have originated and how they are affecting life in the present.
Her practice is integrative and grounded in humanistic principles, drawing primarily on Person-Centred, Existential, and Gestalt approaches. She has also developed additional skills through training in Mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS), which allows her to tailor the work to each person rather than offering prescriptive answers.
Jaquetta believes people have the capacity to navigate challenges, yet experiences such as loss, trauma, or major transitions can unsettle direction and leave someone feeling anxious, disconnected, or lost. In those moments she offers therapeutic support aimed at restoring clarity, confidence, and deeper self-understanding.
Many people ask whether therapy delivered online can really help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or adapting to life changes, online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional face-to-face work.
One major benefit is flexibility – clients can connect in the way that suits them best, whether by video call, phone, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life and to maintain continuity of care.
Therapists offering online services are licensed professionals, and if someone feels a different fit would be better they are free to switch to another therapist. Online therapy can provide an accessible, adaptable route to support for many common mental health and life concerns.
