Many people ask whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions for most people.
One of the most practical benefits is flexibility. People can connect with a therapist in the format that works best for them – video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging – making it easier to fit care into a busy schedule.
All participating professionals are licensed and trained to provide therapeutic support, and clients can change therapists if they feel a different match would be more helpful. Online therapy can be a convenient way to access consistent care while addressing everyday mental health concerns.
