Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Has this year created feelings of overwhelming stress, anxiety and depression for you and your family members? With over a decade of mental health experience, I am here to support you as we navigate together through these uncertain times. My training and experience cuts across a wide range of therapeutic needs, including: mood disorders such as Anxiety and Depression, trauma (both chronic and acute), child and adolescence treatment, grief and loss (including chronic illness/pain and end of life care), issues unique to military members and their families, and kink positive/alternative culture proficiency.
As a Marriage and Family therapist, my therapeutic framework looks at the client’s needs in relation to the systems (family, parent-child, couple, work, etc.) the client functions in. My treatment approaches utilize evidenced-based models such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Contextual Therapy, Trauma-Focused CBT and Family Systems. My relational style is to provide unconditional acceptance and warmth, and I am deeply committed to providing a safe space, free of judgement or criticism, to allow my clients to explore their own strengths and solutions.
The first step towards change is often the hardest, and congratulations for taking that leap of faith in yourself. I am here to walk those next steps towards your life goals with you, you are worth it.
