Kristina Huddleston brings 15 years of clinical experience to her work supporting individuals, couples, and families through challenging times.
She addresses a broad range of concerns including stress, anxiety, relationship and family conflicts, grief, depression, trauma and abuse, intimacy-related issues, parenting difficulties, anger management, low self-esteem, career challenges, coping with life changes, compassion fatigue, and ADHD. Her training also includes child and adolescent treatment, care for chronic illness or end-of-life grief, work with military members and their families, and proficiency with kink-positive and alternative-culture issues.
Kristina practices as a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Nevada; her state-issued license is NV LMFT 2582. Her approach frames a client’s needs within the systems they live in - family, parent-child, couple, work and other relational contexts - and she uses evidence-based methods such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Contextual Therapy, Trauma-Focused CBT, and Family Systems interventions.
Her relational style emphasizes unconditional acceptance and warmth, offering a nonjudgmental space for clients to explore strengths and develop solutions. Kristina recognizes that taking the first step toward change can be the hardest part, and she is committed to walking alongside clients as they move toward their life goals because they are worth the effort.
