Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a licensed MSW in the state of Michigan and have worked in the social work field for over 20 years working with children and adults. I have worked with clients with a wide range of support needed in the areas of ADHD, Autism, Anxiety, Parenting, Depression, Relationship Issues and Trauma.
My therapy style is supportive, non-judgmental and relaxed. Seeking counseling is not always an easy thing to do, so I want my clients to feel at ease during our sessions. My approach includes many different styles of intervention, but most importantly it is person centered and I focus on using client’s strength to help their healing.
I look forward to working with you!

Many people wonder whether online therapy can make a real difference. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or managing life transitions, online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
An important benefit is flexibility – people can connect in the way that feels most comfortable, whether through video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This range of options makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy routine and maintain continuity of care.
Each therapist who provides online services is a licensed professional, and clients have the option to switch therapists at any time if they prefer a different fit. For many individuals, remote therapy offers an accessible and practical path to support.
