Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am warm, down-to-earth, intuitive, and often humorous in my approach.
My work is highly relational, and is informed by the use of mindfulness, attachment theory, parts work, as well Depth Psychology.
I focus not only on the obvious symptoms, but also existential issues and the unconscious. Taking each client’s unique experiences and needs into account, I tailor my approach to meet you where you are, providing a deeply non-judgmental, spacious, yet practical therapeutic container.
I have two MA degrees: one in East-West Psych and one in Counseling Psych.

Research and widespread practice show that for many common concerns – including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and life transitions – online therapy can be as effective as traditional in-person work. It can address a broad range of everyday difficulties and support people through change.
One of the main benefits is flexibility. People can connect with a therapist in the format that fits their schedule and comfort level – video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging – making it easier to maintain continuity of care.
Therapists offering online services are licensed professionals, and if someone feels they need a different fit they can switch to another therapist at any time. For many, virtual therapy provides an accessible, practical way to engage in meaningful therapeutic work without sacrificing quality of care.
