Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a licensed marriage and family therapist licensed in Florida with 12 years of experience. I have worked with clients experiencing many different life issues that range from post traumatic stress disorder, traumatic brain injury, depression, career workplace issues, grief and loss (death, friendship/relationship changes) and a myriad of other challenges that also include religious abuse (I work with a lot of religious/spiritual minority groups). I have also helped many people from marginalized communities who are experiencing discrimination and equity issues.
My counseling style is warm, optimistic, and with a sense of humor. I believe that our challenges in life don’t have to define our present or future. I am a stickler for treating others with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don’t believe in stigmatizing labels. While my approach combines cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, solution-focused counseling, the research demonstrates that the therapeutic alliance is key in client success. I will tailor the counseling experience to meet your unique, specific needs while also focusing keen attention on our alliance.
Lastly, I appreciate the courage that it took for you to seek counseling. I am here to work collaboratively and dynamically with you.
I look forward to meeting you!

Many people wonder whether online therapy can bring meaningful benefit. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and major life transitions, online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
A key advantage is flexibility – you can connect with a therapist in the format that suits you best, whether by video call, phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging. That flexibility often makes it easier to fit consistent therapy into a busy schedule.
Licensed professionals provide online care, and it is possible to switch therapists if you need a different fit. For many individuals, remote therapy offers an accessible, practical route to address everyday mental health and relationship concerns.
