Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I have been working as a therapist for almost 20 years, and have been honored to work with individuals, couples and groups.
I have always believed that we can heal. As we gain confidence in ourselves, we are able to participate in life more and more. The more satisfied we feel with the inner world we create, and our responses to the world around us, the more we find ourselves healing from within and without. As we walk the path toward true and lasting change, both insight and coping help us to move forward.
I have helped people to heal from Anxiety and Depression, relationship difficulties, lack of motivation and self-love (sometimes called self-esteem), trauma, abuse and post-traumatic stress, LGBTQ+ related issues, and those pertaining to family of origin. We can heal from our issues, and we can also increase our functioning along the way. Coping can go hand-in-hand with true and lasting healing that leads to a greater sense of peace in our lives. I consider it an honor and privilege to be trusted to walk this path with you.

Many people wonder whether remote sessions can really help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person sessions for most people.
One major benefit is the flexibility it provides. Individuals can choose the communication method that suits them best – video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging – making it simpler to fit care into a busy schedule.
Another advantage is the ability to find the right therapeutic fit. Licensed professionals provide online services, and clients can switch therapists if they decide a different approach or match would be better for their needs.
Overall, online therapy offers an accessible, adaptable way to address everyday mental health and relationship concerns while supporting meaningful progress in coping and well-being.
