Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
My name is Peggy Wilson, I have a Masters degree in Human Science with an emphasis on workplace behavior. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with more than 15 years experience. My background in the business world in leadership positions in the profit and non profit setting, along with my mental health training and experience,
equips me to make a valuable contribution to clients dealing with anxiety, depression, lack of coping skills, feelings of uncertainty, emptiness, lack, difficulty adjusting to life changes and transitions. Much of our lives are centered around our work or lack of work across our lifespan; it is important to become enlightened to the drivers of our own behavior and how it impacts business and personal relationships. Very often clients discover barriers, childhood traumas, self-sabotaging and self-esteem roadblocks that impact every area of their life and create needless struggle and pain.
My approach to helping my clients is to act as a guide and raise their level of awareness to resolve or dissolve problems that could otherwise create a lifetime of suffering.
I am living, breathing proof that good counseling has the potential to bring peace of mind and feelings of well-being. I work with my clients to set goals and landmarks and encourage them to keep going. Counseling is a process, it can make the biggest difference in your life.

Research and practice have shown that online therapy can be as effective as traditional in-person counseling for many common concerns, including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and navigating life transitions. For these kinds of issues, remote sessions often deliver comparable outcomes to office-based care.
One of the principal benefits is flexibility – people can meet with a therapist in the format that best fits their schedule and comfort level, whether through video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This convenience can make it easier to maintain regular contact and incorporate therapy into a busy life.
All therapists offering online services are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to switch therapists if they want a different fit. For many individuals seeking support for everyday mental health concerns, online therapy provides an accessible, effective way to begin or continue the therapeutic work.
