Many people wonder whether online therapy can genuinely help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
A key advantage is flexibility – people can connect in the format that suits them best, whether by video call, phone session, live chat or in-app messaging. That flexibility often makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule.
Therapists offering online care are licensed professionals, and if someone wishes to try a different fit they can switch therapists at any time.
