Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hello and thank you for clicking on my profile. My name is Victoria and I am a qualified Psychologist and Person-Centred Counsellor. For the past few years I have been working with clients who have suffered from abuse and trauma, along with other wide range of concerns including anxiety, self-esteem, boundaries, relationship issues, blame, anger, and suicidal thoughts.
I consider myself to be empathetic, respectful, and compassionate. My way of being and working is based on providing a warm, safe and non-judgemental space where clients can cultivate awareness by exploring unresolved emotions and patterns of behavior, among other things that may unconsciously hinder personal growth.
I also like to bring kindness, self-compassion, and forgiveness toward oneself into our sessions as I believe they are part of the healing process.
Going through these first steps towards change takes courage, so I hope that you can spend a moment to acknowledge that and praise yourself.
If you decide to start this journey I would be honored to share it with you by working together through your difficulties.
Looking forward to hearing from you.

Victoria Munoz is a qualified Psychologist and a Person-Centred Counsellor based in the United Kingdom with four years of clinical experience. She has spent recent years supporting people who have experienced abuse and trauma, alongside working with issues such as anxiety, self-esteem difficulties, setting boundaries, relationship problems, feelings of blame, anger, and suicidal thoughts.
Victoria works in an empathetic, respectful and compassionate way, offering a warm, safe and non-judgemental space where clients can cultivate awareness by exploring unresolved emotions and recurring patterns of behaviour that may be restricting personal growth. As a Person-Centred Counsellor she emphasises empathy and non-judgemental support during the therapeutic process.
She brings kindness, self-compassion and the practice of forgiveness toward oneself into sessions, viewing these attitudes as part of recovery and healing. Victoria recognises that taking the first steps toward change takes courage and invites people to acknowledge that courage.
If someone chooses to begin therapy, she would be honoured to work alongside them through their difficulties and she looks forward to hearing from prospective clients.
For many common concerns – such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges or navigating life changes – online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions. It can be a practical option for addressing everyday mental health needs.
A major advantage of online therapy is flexibility. People can connect in the way that suits them best – through video calls, phone sessions, live chat or in-app messaging – which can make it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule and to access support from different locations.
Therapists are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to change therapists at any time if they would prefer a different match. This model is designed to offer accessible professional support while allowing people to choose the format that works best for their situation.
