Valerie understands that taking the first step into counselling can feel daunting. Her role is to walk alongside people in a safe, non-judgmental space where they can explore thoughts, emotions, and experiences at their own pace and work toward sustainable solutions.
To support the therapeutic process she provides a range of resources and materials designed to complement the work in sessions. Many people wonder whether remote counselling can make a real difference. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or adapting to life changes, online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions.
One of the main benefits is flexibility – clients can connect in the way that suits them best, whether through video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility can make it easier to fit therapy into a busy life and sustain regular appointments.
All participating therapists are licensed professionals, and if someone feels they need a different fit they can change therapists at any time. Online therapy offers an accessible option for receiving professional support while maintaining the core elements of therapeutic work.
